The company was established in 1994 and soon became a power employer which empowered the local people by skilling and training them to be machine operators. Ishita has an establishment of 50,000 sq. m. in Jamnagar, Gujarat with dedicated facilities for manufacturing, quality testing, administrative and HR personnel, etc. The unprecedented growth is a result of our focus on quality and customer needs which are fulfilled with precision and creative approaches.

Our Infrastructure

We are backed by sound infrastructure, which adds to our productivity & competency in terms of product quality & quantity. Located in Jamnagar – Gujrat, our facility is well segregated into various departments such as manufacturing unit, storage unit and quality testing unit. Our manufacturing unit is stretched over a vast area of 25,000 sq. ft, which is equipped with requisite machines and hold the installed capacity of 1000 tons Extruded Rod [ Solid & Hollow ] Tubes, Profile & Section per annum.

The use of Dual Frequency induction furnace for melting and alloying, Heavy presses for extrusion, Efficient draw benches, Annealing facilities, Special purpose machines etc., of recent models & makes, assures precision in production.

To offer premium quality products, our quality-testing unit is installed with latest quality testing facilities such as Spectrometers (spark as well as ERF X-Ray Fluorescence) and Electronic & Computerized UTM. We have a separate team of QC agents, who carry out stringent quality tests on our final products.

To offer Premium Quality Brass Component, our finishing technologies are - ELECTRO DEPOSITION OF POLYURETHANE BASED CATHODIC CED CLEAR LACQUER OF DU PONT, THROUGH ELECTROPHORETIC PROCESS.

Thus, our products are protected with high quality backed lacquer by Electrophoretic Process. This coating gives our product a superior resistance against tarnishing, scratches and a 100% longer Salt Spray Life when compared to a conventional coating. The result is a highly functional product with exceptional appearance.
